UPDATE wp_options SET option_value='twentysixteen' WHERE option_name='template' OR option_name='stylesheet' LIMIT 2;

Very important that wp_options be changed to your existing name replacing wp you might have something like this table prefix_options or signs_options, this has to be changed to match your table prefix.
